Meet the Chaos Crew

The Creatives Behind the Chaos

Founder & Fabric Mastermind

Jessica Chaos

Jessica is the creative force (and fearless fabric wrangler) behind Chaos Works. With over two decades of experience, she’s turned fabric into an art form — transforming complex booth concepts into displays that actually stop people mid-stride.

Her path started with simple hems and grew into solving the kind of challenges most fabricators avoid. She sees every project as a puzzle — one that deserves precision, patience, and maybe a little caffeine.

Jessica’s secret? Equal parts technical mastery and bold creativity. She’s known for her “let’s make it work” mindset, her eye for detail, and her ability to turn chaos into show-floor perfection.

At Chaos Works, she doesn’t just build fabric displays — she builds confidence for the teams who trust her to make their vision fit flawlessly.

Growth Architect & Right Hand

Stephanie

She wears a lot of hats at Chaos Works — Executive Director of Brand, Budget & Build means her days can jump from financials and billing to estimating, project management, and marketing. But beyond the titles, she’s someone who thrives on creation, learning new skills, and taking on challenges (the trickier, the better). She’s also on the board of directors, which means when decisions need to be made, she’s usually there (and often holding the coffee).

Outside the shop, Stephanie is a happily married, work-from-home mom of two adventurous boys who keep life delightfully chaotic. She thrives on creativity, problem-solving, and the kind of challenges that make most people say “yikes.”

Maria

Meet Maria — a mom of two, lifelong creator, and self-declared perfectionist (in the best way). After mastering the art of managing household chaos with heart and precision, she brought her creativity and attention to detail to the Chaos Works team.

With a background in fine arts and education, Maria blends technical skill with artistic intuition. She’s taken on everything from garment alterations and upholstery to large-scale trade show installations — and she does it all with calm confidence and a smile.

Maria loves seeing ideas take shape, stitch by stitch, and is passionate about learning something new with every project. Around here, she’s known for her steady hand, thoughtful craftsmanship, and quiet determination that keeps even the most complex builds running smoothly.

(Basically, if it’s made of fabric and needs to fit perfectly, Maria’s your person.)

Stitching Assistant

Alayna

Alayna is part of our Stitch Squad here at Chaos Works, where she helps prep fabric and assist with sewing projects while learning the art (and science) of display finishing. A high school student with a creative streak, she balances violin, martial arts, reading, and art — especially drawing and sewing.

She brings curiosity, focus, and a fresh eye to every project that hits the table — and she’s always excited to see what creative challenges our clients dream up next.

(Bonus: she’s already learning the golden Chaos Works rule — measure twice, then coffee.)
